Vettel will try to snatch the lead from dual-Mercedes in Bahrain
German Sebastian Vettel will start the Bahrain Grand Prix from third on the starting grid after completing qualifying late second half of the dual-Mercedes.
Vettel believes that he was not able to provide much better performance than his during the latter part of the qualifying session.

The German said: "I was very happy with the first attempt, was the second match for the first lefty to some extent. There was a slight improvement, but the margin of 5 percentage parts would not be enough, given their progress to a second half full."

He added: "It was a wonderful feeling inside the car and was in constant improvement. Did not inform the site that we want to be present in it yet, but we are heading in the right direction."

Speaking about his ability to re-launch rocket made in Melbourne two weeks ago, the German pointed out that he would do everything in his power to try to kidnap the lead.

Vettel said: "We will try to push them towards the corner."

He added: "We hope to be the best on the breakthrough, even though we were close together in the past year."

He continued: "It will be a long race and we'll see what will happen."
